RGAVP needed a centralized system to digitize thousands of SHG records spread across remote regions. The challenge was to ensure accuracy, eliminate duplication, and maintain accessibility for field officers in areas with limited internet connectivity—all while preserving data integrity across multiple administrative levels.
The MIS platform had to be simple enough for field-level staff with minimal technical knowledge.
